Welcome to Signature Moments. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

• Signature Moments is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

• All content, images, and materials produced by Signature Moments remain the property of Signature Moments unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Clients may not reproduce or distribute our work without written permission.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of Texas.

• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.

9. Amendments

• Signature Moments reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

• Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
