Cancellations:

Signature Moments is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
All content, images, and materials produced by Signature Moments remain the property of Signature Moments unless otherwise agreed upon.
Clients may not reproduce or distribute our work without written permission.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of Texas.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
Signature Moments reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
